Is there some official policy on zephyr usage and standards of conduct.
If not there really should be. I don't have time to fully go into it
right now, but it's been getting awfully bad as of late. Lots of znukes,
very large zephyrs, and obscenities floating across public instance,
notably instance mites. Granted it only affects people subscribe to * and
mites are affected, but it seems improper to be sending large
"up yours" ascii picture over a public instance. More later.
