Niether zwgc exited, but the second one has exposure set to opstaff.
That explains it.
If your second zwgc registers its location after the first zwgc, it is
essentially doing 'zctl hide' for you. 'zctl hide' is essentially the
same as setting exposure temporarily to opstaff.
I guess we need an option to zwgc to prevent location processing (zwgc
-nolocation, perhaps zwgc -exposure foobar).
