With some additions to zwgc to support authentication of ``local
messages'' intelligently, perhaps the WG_CTL request could be changed
to allow local -or- authentic-remote messages. This would also mean
adding another opcode to indicate `sub' or `unsub', since this
can't be done remotely as is.
