why bother if there's a mailing list that goes only to this one

ya know what'd be nice... some way to set things up such that zctl
works with a zwgc that's on another machine... so (e.g.) I can have a
zwgc running locally on some RT workstation in the sipb office, and I
can log in to my vax (and configure things properly) and still get
things working reasonably, with only the one zwgc.
