I suggest you pull the 2.1 beta from ATHENA/zephyr/dist, move it to
ATHENA/zephyr/beta, and add a note, perhaps a README, in both directories
to the effect that the betas do not reflect further development snapshots
that might be useful, but rather are dead-ends that should be avoided
at most costs.
