Hi.
I think it depends what you mean by "support" in terms of x-terminals.
X terminals are just that, terminals. They generally do not have
processes of their own. Zephyr requires a process for the sending and
receiving entities.
If, however, you just want to be able to have a user logged into an
xterminal display zephyrgrams on that xterminal, well, sure, zephyr
can do that.
Just remember, however, that there is a link from the xterminal to
some CPU, and that like is not secure!
