hmm. i would guess this is a general complaint about zephyr service
and not a real software suggestion.

Hi.
I think an important change to zephyr would be
to make messages (at least personal ones) reliable.
at least once i've been involved in a misunderstanding because
someone zwrote me when i wasn't logged in, but apparently was
zlocatable and zwritable! (once this happened because the machine
at which I was logged on had crashed). Zwrites are often
used for important personal messages; i think they should be
given a reliable communication protocol.
