I think the problem is that MacZephyr is compiled using MIT Kerberos,
and Andrew is running Transarc Kerberos, which uses a different
string-to-key function. This means that the same plain-text password
will not convert to the same DES key for both systems, so code compiled
with one will not accept the same string if run in the environment of
the other. I.e., your Andrew password is not being converted to the
same key from MacZephyr as it does from the Andrew Tools.

This would probably be fixed if MacZephyr were compiled with Transarc
Kerberos, or if Andrew would use MIT Kerberos. Can anyone else think
of anything else that might cause this problem, or a better fix?

Thanks
