Are there technical reasons why this isn't going to be available, or
is it just that it's not a priority for the first release? I don't so
much care about what you guys decide for the first release of the Help
Desk implementation, but those are key pieces that we'll need to have
working before we can switch over User Accounts (e-mail is primary
interface), so I want to make sure there aren't any technical problems
that I should be aware of now.
