Here are some ideas for tomorrow's meeting

- Action item from last meeting: Updates from status/checklist handout
- Team review and rework project plan (hopefully, there will be a handout)
- Prep for kick-off meeting
- Discuss ways to communicate meetings, status, issues, etc.
