We now have confirmation that Terry Arnett will be arriving at Logan
somewhere around 12:30 on Tuesday. In the very best case, he probably
would not arrive at MIT until 2:30 pm (going from Logan to the appartment
in Harvard Sq. and then to MIT).
Seems a bit risky to schedule something for Tuesday afternoon.
A quick random check of a few people, 10:00 am on Wednesday morning seems
possible.
We will try to meet in 11-124A if it's open (I will confirm this shortly).
If this is booked, we can meet in 16-720.
The goal of the meeting is to set expectations of how the next eight weeks
may go at a high level. This is an opportunity for Terry to meet the
people he will be working with and ask questions (and for you to ask Terry
questions).
