Mary,
I have been trying to get hold of Scott Thorne since he is who I was
getting a feed from last summer. I have had absolutely no response from
him at all. Steve Neiterman said that I should contact you.
Here is the story in a nutshell.
MIT has signed a contract with scopus for helpdesk software which
runs on an oracle database. We would like a feed of personell information
from the data warehouse to have a table of contact information for Staff
and students resident in our oracle database for use by the helpdesk for
our logs.
The feed of information we received through Scott Thorne last summer
was for all active/current staff at mit. With the following set of data:
First and last name, dept., ext., building and room, title, email, kerberos
principal (this was not always accurate).
There may have been one or two other items but I do not have the list
in front of me right this minute.
I basically have two requests:
1. Can we get an updated feed like we had last summer?
2. Can the current student data be added to the feed as well?
