Hello, Tooltime readers and Housecall Staff,
The next time we roll changes into the Scopus database, the "Copy Log"
button will produce the following kind of text instead of what it produces
now. If you have any suggestions for changes, let me know before next
Wednesday.
Note that it only includes text from the main screen at this time, not the
Network or Housecall screens.

12/19/95 @9:39:36 AM -brynna- when she tries opening "Mac Draw2 1.1" she
gets a type 11 error and a system bomb. all she has open is Meeting Maker
and Techmail.
12/19/95 @9:53:23 AM -brynna- talked to someone who was not Nancy (nancy
was on the phone). Told her to try booting w/o extentions first. If that
didn't work, suggested trying to reset the PRAM (opt-cmd-p-r) - remember to
reset control panels such as Memory. She's running system 7.1.2. Checked
to make sure she has system update 3.0 - she does. Briefly explained a
clean install. She will give the information to Nancy. Nancy will
probably call us back.
1/9/96 @2:13:21 PM -MRES- TTC. Nancy had not tried anything yet. Told her
to try booting w/o extensions to see if the program will work then and to
give us a call back when she does.
1/11/96 @9:58:28 AM -ggnt- Officemate said booting w/out extensions
didn't allow her to open MacDraw.
1/16/96 @4:24:31 PM -baggy- Lets have the client try turning the Modern
Memory Manager off. I believe that Mac Draw 2 1.1 is pretty old.
1/18/96 @11:24:33 AM -jharv- Told client to try turning off the Modern
Memory Manager. She will call back with results.
1/22/96 @11:16:28 AM -johnny- Client still hasn't tried turning off MMM.
1/25/96 @4:37:09 PM -wangb- Still hasn't tried turning off MMM
1/29/96 @1:53:01 PM -johnny- Still hasn't tried.
2/6/96 @10:22:50 AM - beth - She has tried turning off MMM and thius has
not worked either. More ideas are needed.
2/27/96 @10:25:11 AM - dowman - Her assistant has pretty much the same
system, and it's working on hers. I suggested reinstalling the same
version of MacDraw as her asst. and see what happens.
3/11/96 @5:24:57 PM - limone - Left message for call back. Asked client to
let us know of the status of her problem.
3/11/96 @6:52:44 PM - dark - client would like us to check back on 9/1/98
as she's going on a trip around the world.
