If you have encountered having Scopus crash when you try to print, there is
a simple fix. (Maybe we could permanently reconfigure this appropriately
on all call center machines?)
After starting up Scopus, go to the File Menu, to Page Setup, and change
Simple Style=jusitified to Paginating Style=Layout. To save yourself from
crashing, you may wantto check this setting prior to issueing a print
request.
