Barb, it is possible to open Scopus twice. On the Helpdesk PCs doing it
twice does not seriously slow things down. A third instance of scopus
starts to slow it down, but two does not. There is a huge increase in a
consultant's efficiency with two instances open.
That is two hits against the database server's user limit instead of the
usual single hit. The limit in the server should be increased to allow at
least twenty consultants to have two windows each (forty instances).
