Well, it looks like you've been working some long hours. Thanks for moving
the databases over.
I have a question about the locked logs. I can't remember who knows how to
unlock logs. Is it someone at the helpdesk? I discovered this late on
Friday when I noticed that there were about 6 or so logs that are 'locked'
or at least come up as being locked when I press the 'All Locks' button on
the main Helpdesk screen.
I'm sure we'll need to have the ability to unlock records on Monday
because people will be logging out of records in all sorts of ways.
