Hi Steve,
I was saying temporarily, because of possibility #2. I think a significant
portion of our email will result in the reaction of "Hey, but I already
have a log number for this case: 80234. Why do I now also have log ID
100023????"
I guess we can leave off the word temporarily. I think the explanation in
#2 is enough.
I did include a reply message at the bottom. Perhaps we should replace the
words "be sure use" with "continue to use" in the text I sent.
