Looking back over the last few months, it's impressive at how each member
of the tools team worked together, stayed focused and completed specific
tasks. Only with everyone's effort could the project have moved forward.
So, as we get close to using Oracle and a suite of help tools as the
statement of record for the Help Desk, I would like to thank Barbara, Debi,
David, Peter, and Rob. Also, thanks to Bill and Bob for helping to guide
the project.
Nice team work.
Oh, by the way, don't everyone take a vacation next week, we still need you
to help with the success of the rollout by helping answer consultant
questions, record and resolve issues, and help make changes as needed.
