Hey, that's pretty interesting. At the Help Desk Institute conference
last year, one of the head Scopus guys said that they were working
with Microsoft on a partnership with that BackOffice stuff. I'm not
sure if he came right out and said that Microsoft used Scopus, but I
certainly came away with that impression.
