Bob Ferrara asked for the project database to be updated with quarter
report information. Here is what I added.

Q1.98 Accomplishments
Began and completed to the 90% level, a certificate based server that
allows for manipulation of data stored in Oracle. Received delivery of
final Macintosh GUI from Scopus. MIT decided that this application is not
stable as a recommended tool. Weekly meetings continue to assess
functionality, testing and rollout issues.
Q2.98 Goals
Release a suite of tools in Novermber, 1997. These tools include Phase 1
web/oracle, email/oracle and Scopus GUI. Assess transition to service for
these tools and evaluate next steps for continuation to expand the existing
tools base and look forward towards new tools.
