Below are some very quick notes from today's meeting (Barbara, Wade, Debi).

Rob, David and Peter R., you have been assigned items (Barbara should be
contacting you). One item is for Rob and David to review the install
process for the Scopus NT client. My current understanding is that the
installer is on net-dist.mit.edu. I believe its
ftp://net-dist.mit.edu/mit/win95/business/scopus/current/scopus.exe

Thanks,

..Steve

- 10/7 - Weekly tools meeting: Web/Oracle - Should we send email to customer
when a consultant appends a log? Possible candidate for phase 1 - if
if can be done. Need testing for 1. Review completed items (see
mail),
         2. Review Scopus GUI and web/oracle interaction (assigned Peter
Ragone). Debi to review html style on log screen. Issue: Which
category should be used on the submit screen, Debi, Barbara and
         Rob to discuss.

Mac testing, Peter R. to conduct further testing on machine Debi had
problems on. Barbara's position is "still not rollout Mac,
if you want to use it, use at own risk". Issue is that help desk
machines may have min. 48MB, but consultant desktop machines have
         less memory.

Rollout: Debi working on "dirty data" cleanup for conversion from
Filemaker. Looking to have a file ready this week for loading. Gap
         analysis (next week's
agenda), Debi making a list of items, which will then be prioritized.

Account GUI screen, need to get in touch with NHART.

Deploymnet, Rob S. to check that Scopus NT is properly installed,
will try to run installer written by dho.

Barbara to talk to Sampson about impact of Scopus rollout.
Next week agenda item, calendar of events until rollout.
