Steve,
I was just looking around at the filemaker data you loaded on the production
database. I originally was looking at the hardware mac/macintosh mismatch,
but discovered there are logs that should be closed with a status of new and
one log that at best should be marked taken but has status of new.
This log that should be taken also concerns me because I think the person
who is in the taken field is no longer associated directly with the help desk.
I am concerned that if 4 four such logs are in the database how many others
are in a similar funky state, which could cause a false reading in the
pending numbers for the help desk but could also initiate callbacks to
clients about things that have been resolved for more than a year.
