Update on Scopus and SQL*Net 2.1

Here is the latest from Scopus on the SQL*Net 2.1 issues.
1. Scopus is working on releasing a client that works with SQL*Net 2.1
and will have a solution in two - three business days from today.
I stated that this I presume this means end of day Friday 1/10 and
was assured that we are talking about the same time frame.
2. Scopus has said that the final release of a SQL*Net 2.1 client will
be in seven - ten days, this includes testing, packaging. Ten elapsed
days from today is 1/17. I have an outstanding phone call to confirm
that it is elpapsed days and not working days.
3. Scopus understands that we would be willing to test a beta version early
next week, before the final release.
4. I should receive an email message confirming the above three statements.
When I receive it, I will forward it along.
