Let's meet in 16-720 for a final time before changing meeting locations.
The agenda is to pick up from the meeting two weeks ago and complete the
work breakdown structure (WBS).
I would like to record this in realtime and would like to use one of the
machines in 16-720 (versus finding a portable with MS Project or Excel).
I started a sample WBS with the following categories,
description, EFT/hrs, resource, start date, end date, status, comments
We can start with the list from the November 19 meeting notes, break it
into greater detail, add items not previously mentioned and then add EFT,
resource assignment and dates.
