Hi,
I just wanted to record some of my findings about messages.
Quickie log
--------------
1. I created a quickie log:
clicked on the New button
entered "quickie" in the email field
entered information in the Summary field
clicked on the Close Log button
2. got a message HARDWARE is required.
For quickie calls, what fields should be required?
My quickie call was for a phone number and hardware was never
discussed.
3. filled in the information and clicked on the Close Log button.
4. got a message "Log record is already closed."
I didn't think it was closed because the previous message indicated
that I first had to enter Hardware information. When did it become Closed?
5. clicked on the Exit Log button.
6. got a message "Discard your changes since last Save"
I didn't save anything before, never clicked on the Save button, so
the wording on the message is somewhat of a surprise to me.
Close Log
------------
I chose a log, opened it, and then clicked on the Close Log button.
got a message "Network CHILD is still OPEN. You can not close this
log."
Can we change the wording on this message so it's more
meaningful?
