I have updated the scopus application on the test database to mask the
touched field and comment out the related tcl code.
i have run a quick set of tests. nothing formal or totally comprehensive.
Backfilling from result sets works but still occasionally comes up with the
discard message.
On one such record I said no to the discard message then did a save and
looked at the audit trail. The audit trail showed
that the Department field was updated from Science, Technology........to the
same thing. I am not sure why.
Other than that the discard messages are gone.
