There is an archive and public mailing list for a mailing list maintained
by Scopus for it's user community.

The archive is menelaus.mit.edu:/usr/spool/discuss/scopus-users and the
mailing list is scopus-users-redist@mit.edu.

At this time, the discuss list is empty, but after watching this list for a
few days, it appears to generate about 2 - 4 messages a day.

There are 173 users on this list.

I have enclosed an example of mail sent to the list (also, one that I
thought was interesting).

Feel free to add yourself to the mailing list or subscribe to the archive.

Enjoy,

..Steve

I am using 3.5 version and there is a function called
op_append_txt_timestamp_tcl which appends the login and timestamp.
You probably need to modify your insert and update procedures to include this.
