Overall, I think Esther's framework is fine.  I would like to see Lynne's
button descriptions fit in under the section on screen features.

In a couple of places, I think the button descriptions need to be clearer
and/or provide more information.
- For instance, I now understand what the "duplicate" button does, but I do
not know when would be an appropriate time to use it.
- On the description for the "view hits" button there's a note that says
the information in the Primary Contact information must have come from the
lookup table.  What lookup table?  The data warehouse?
- Saying that "role" is a pulldown list of choices, doesn't exactly explain
what role is for.
- I'd like the notes to clarify the need for both "category" and "queue"
and what they both mean.  At least the current notes explain that queue is
related to the published phone numbers, but doesn't give any similar
explanation of category.

Finally, where is the stuff that Peter Lee apparently wrote up about how a
consultant might actually work a call?  Is that going to be included
somewhere?
