Lynne, thanks for sending this out. When you say "things need to be
discussed", do you have specific questions or are you looking for feedback
from the team?
Based on the schedule, the second draft is due at the end of the day on
Wednesday 8/4 and the final draft on Friday 8/6.. Do you have enough
information and feedback (I believe Rob was going to help out) to continue
working towards this second draft?
At some point, it would be good to have a group review of the document (to
review hints, organization, items from previous feedback sessions). Should
this occur prior to the second draft? If you are prepared to continue
working on the document without a group feedback session, then I would
propose we meet on Thursday next week (8/5) in the morning. This would
allow time to produce the final draft the next day. Otherwise, we could
take the Wednesday tooltime meeting for discussion.
After reading the document, I had some thoughts on organization. For
example, would a consultant want to read the document via "Functions" as a
category? A function could be "Creating a New record", "Searching for an
Existing Record", etc.
