Lynne, I got your voice mail and would like the team to be involved in
the decision.

I can support holding off Help Desk testing until September 4th if this
is a tough time to test. If we wait until Sept 4th, does this imply
testing starting on this date? Can we conclude the testing at the end
of the day on Friday Sept 6th, thus giving us three full days? Based on
this schedule, we could use Monday Sept 9 for data collection/gathering
and the Tuesday tooltime meeting for a decision on deployment.

I do expect that the tooltime team can test and shake out any bugs
during this week. Unless I am told otherwise, I still want to plan on
the Friday meeting to catch up on status and hear about the parallel
testing between Rob and Peter. I presume that we can take some time
this week to review the training and business rule documentation that is
underway. If we are going to wait a week and a half, it would be good
to see if we can hand out a "training" document on September 4th as part
of the testing.

Regarding the mail between you and Brett on where to store the "history
search" function, I thought there was a menu bar on the Help Desk screen
that we could put this function, possibly under the Help Desk pull down
menu. I don't have the screen in front of me to help evaluate options.
There have been comments that the screen is cluttered, thus adding a
button should be a secondary option.

..Steve
