Good Afternoon,
I have made a couple of changes to the main log screen and the netinstall
screen.
For the most part these changes are cosmetic but one is not.
The call category list has been changed: Netinstall has been removed and
the words HelpNet and DCS put in instead.
The netinstall button has been renamed to HelpNet/DCS and the netinstall
screen has been changed to HelpNet/DCS screen.
This change was made because of a change in the nature of the
netinstalltions, ip requests, tether request business. The DCS call
category will be used for those network installation requests that are
complex and will for the most part be handled by the Departmental Computing
group. The HelpNet category will be used for requests and installations the
will be handled by Larry, Stephanie, Fawyn and Dave.
I have changed tcl code where it needed to be changed.
Sorry for the short notice but we are trying to prevent dummy userids and
kluge mentality.
