Good Morning,
The Scopus Help Desk application 1.0b1 is available for testing.
Here are some hints,
- Use uppercase when typing in primary information for a "profile find".
- Under the View menu, use the "My Pending Items", which will present a
list of items that are "taken by" the user logged in.
- To display the Help Desk screen, a menu item on the Main Menu will
bring up the screen to begin.
Here are some items not available for testing,
- Filemaker data has not been loaded, there are a number of issues to
be worked out in mapping of fields and consistency of data values.
- Items other than the Help Desk screen or the "My Pending Items" are not
to be tested.
Those who asked for help loading SQL*Net, I will contact you this morning.
