Joanne, 

This will make the printing of a complete log a two step process but it will
be cleaner, no form transfers or other "hidden" form to maintain.  In other
words it will be a file, print, go to child screen file, print.

Searching will also be easier, do a find on the main screen then click the
housecall or netinstall or mainframe button to call up the child ticket with
the information filled in.

Yes we can and will be setting up a tab order for all of the forms which
should be flowing in a logical manner, but if people use the mouse clicks to
move to fields because they do not need to follow the tab order then the
information can get lost.

As to the platforms this is a Scopus, design, maintenence and scalability
issue not which platform scopus is interacting with.
