Could a VB front end be developed that contains OLE calls to the SAP client
object or applications server objects?
Of course you can get to the real thing, subject to permission from your
sysadm and dba. As a dba, I do not allow direct access. SAP structures
are way to hard to understand and the potential for unintentioned
results to allow direct access.
