Manufacturing Survey

We are a team of MBA students at the University of Texas,
conducting an academic survey that will be used to better
understand some issues in manufacturing operations today.

If you are in the manufacturing sector (for any product area),
and can spare a moment, please help by filling out this short survey.
We'd like to hear your opinion.

There are only 17 questions, dealing with manufacturing
disruptions caused by suppliers, the RFQ process, and
your use of Enterprise software packages.

This survey should only take 1 or 2 minutes to complete.
All answers will be kept completely confidential and are optional.

If you prefer, this survey can be taken online at:

Your assistance in answering this questionnaire is greatly appreciated!
