Job Duties: this is a contract-to-hire position. Job location is Skaneateles, NY. Position Summary:
Reporting to Application Management Function in Service Delivery Centre, ERP Integration Manager is responsible for all SAP integration management activities and the work direction of on-site Business Technology Analysts (BTA¡¦s) in order to ensure effective integration of all functions within the client¡¦s SAP implementation
Education requirements:
ć University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management or equivalent (Master's degree BA desired)
ć Ideally additional professional certification desired (e.g. PMP, etc.)
ć SAP certification preferred (at least one module) or equivalent experience
ERP & IT experience, skills & competencies required (minimum 3-5 years):
ć In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module & good knowledge of several other modules/areas
ć General overview & understanding of all SAP product family incl. R/3, EBP, BW, SEM, CRM, S&D, KW, Portals, etc.
ć Understanding of Integration management concepts and approaches from both technical & service perspectives
ć Good knowledge of configuration management, data conversions, modifications & enhancements, interfaces design, and other integration & development concepts
ć Knowledge of Authorization concepts
ć Knowledge of SAP Architecture incl. Client & system strategies, landscape management
ć Understanding of IT infrastructure & IT operations concepts, and disaster recovery strategies
ć Knowledge of systems upgrade and implementation strategies & methods
ć Understanding of system maintenance & support activities incl. Support Packs, Plug-ins, OSS notes, emergency fixes, etc.
ć Experience with testing strategies and approaches incl unit, integration, regression, acceptance testing
ć Knowledge of implementation methodologies e.g. Value SAP (ASAP)
Project management & leadership competencies required (minimum 3-5 years):
ć Full-cycle ERP/IT project management experience (preferably SAP)
ć Project planning, design, and governance
ć Scope management, change management, and Issues management skills
ć Risk management & risk mitigation strategies
ć Budgeting, cost control, reporting & variance analysis
ć Resourcing & staff management
ć Strong Leadership, Team building, & facilitation skills, and motivation
ć Change control/management experience
ć Program or project office management
ć Good knowledge of & experience in managing ERP integration (both technical and service integration)
Management experience & competencies required (minimum 3-5 years):
ć Strategic, tactical, and operational planning
ć Strong Change management and team building skills
ć Presentation skills & communication skills
ć Conflict management & resolution, group dynamics
ć Working with senior level management & executives
ć Budgeting, planning, and cost management
ć Resourcing and staffing
--Local candidates preferred. Rates must be all inclusive. Contract to hire, 3 months no fee. Salary range: $100-115K
