Job Duties: Position is located in Skaneateles, NY, candidate must be able to be onsite 4 days/week. Travel required: 30-50%. This is a contract to hire position.
SAP R/3 CRM Resource experienced in all areas of CRM including Call Center, Sales Force Automation, Field Service, Marketing, Interaction Center and Channel Management.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading client SAP/CRM strategy through design and implementation. Responsible for crafting and defining go-to-market strategy, and then to lead and drive CRM initiative to completion. Work with clients' leadership team and business community to identify high-level CRM requirements. Develop implementation recommendations based on strategy / business drivers.
o Configure, maintain and support the SAP CRM module to meet design requirements.
o Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests as may be necessary to support the implementation of new or changed functionality.
o Translate complex business requirements into SAP configuration
o Create functional specifications for all ABAP interfaces, user exits, SAP Script changes, or custom reports.
o Enter, test and migrate the required SAP configuration into production.
o Analyze and correct user and/or application problems resulting from incorrect user processes, errant master data and/or incorrect configuration.
o Utilize Client/Center-based Quality System processes as part of the daily service delivery activities
Required Knowledge & Skills
The ideal candidate(s) have both a business functional as well as technical understanding of SAP's CRM solution. Version 4.0 familiarity is a plus. Experience with other CRM packages (i.e. Siebel, Pivotal, Onyx, etc.) would be of benefit, but candidate must have SAP experience. SAP SD/CS prior experience would be most applicable to this role. The candidate will assist the client with development of their Go To Market strategy, help define the associated CRM solution(s) and assist with the business strategy and deployment plan. SAP CRM configuration experience is also highly desired. Business knowledge of one or more of the following areas in CRM is required: Call Center, Sales force, Field Service, Marketing, Channel partner strategy, Customer Ownership. Within each of these areas, sub classes of required knowledge (e.g. Sales Force) requires a related understanding of item like opportunity management, forecasting, organizational rollups, Sales force methodology, Call planni!

Contract to hire, 3 months no fee. Local candidates preferred. Rates should be all inclusive.
