Hi,
As far as I understand, adaptive server 11.5 that was just released
does not support row level locking. This feature is supposed to be
added sometime next year as a point release. I have heard that
implementing row level locking will be a major challenge for those
at Sybase so I don't think I would want to sign up for the first
release of it when (and if) it does come out.
