Hi,
a customer prints 300 invoices in batch processing per day. The output
should be archived to be able to select and reprint single invoices.
Invoices are printed via printer pool on a physical printer and additionally
as PCL-output into a fileserver. This output contains all invoices in one
PCL-file.
The retrieval of single invoices out of a PCL-file including 300 invoices
each day is uncomfortable and slow in performance.
Solutions to separate the invoices before printing or afterwards from the
PCL-file will only be considered if there4s no easier way to do it.
Q: is there an easy way (e.g. via option settings) to tell SAP R/3 to print
single invoices into the print spool instead of one huge file with all
invoices selected?
