Hi -
I assume my previous message was not posted, otherwise "sorry" -
we want to use SAP R/3 (4.0B) for checking on Customer Complaints and as
well - if possible for Deduction Management.
I checked all info-sources I got, but I could only come up with a tool
from a company called "GetPAID" which has developed a Deduction
Management Tool FOR SAP.
And in the SAP Customer Relationship Management, their shall be some
customer Complaint management.
Has anyone further experience? Any comments?
I would be delighted if you could give me some information on this
issue
