That's the point: in case of troubles (i.e R/3 errors) in this case SAP
Helpdesk almost always says: "we need to log on via service connection"
and they don't do anything to help you until you establish service
connection.
So my advise is: register your proxie server as raprouter, establish
dial-up ISDN connection to SAP (Waldorf) - just in case and use
SAPNet-web via Internet.
