Hi
I work for a consultancy firm and one of our clients uses SAP/RIVA
(based on SAP R2). We are looking at call center software to link to
this system. If you have experience with either SAP/RIVA and call
center solutions or know of software packages that could be linked
with SAP/RIVA, please tell me. Please also react if you feel a link
between SAP/RIVA and call center applications is not possible.
