Hello All,
I just returned from SAPPHIRE and was very excited and interested in a
number of annoucements and developments. One development was the area of
end user training systems. SAP has been involved with putting together some
things for training deployment and they demonstrated these during the many
work sessions. Very good systems.
Another system I reviewed with great interest was a company named
License To Teach (LTT). This is a system built in ABAP/4 language
that shows you step-by-step how to develop the CBT's, incorporates
a state of the art capturing and edit tool for lesson creation and
deploys the training in a virtual training environment. Basically
you can develop, control and rollout your end user training needs
internally with ease in a cost and time effective manner. I believe
it is certainly an alternative to what SAP has developed.
So, SAPPHIRE certainly was very educational in demonstrating what is
currently out on the market.
Regards,
