Let me say that I'm a novice at SAP.
I have installed the SAP RFC functions. I can run the macros in the
AMSAMPLE.XLS that is provided as part of the installation of either 3.0d or
3.0e. However, when I try to run the exact same code in Visual Basic 5.0,
I get an error when I hit the
Result = R3.RFC_CUSTOMER_GET(Exception, KUNNR:="*",
CUSTOMER_T:=Customers)
statement. The first time I try it I get an error 438 "Object does not
support this property or method". If I try to reexecute the line I get a
-2147417851 (80010105) error which translates as "The server threw an
exception".
Anyone have any ideas why this would work in Excel, but not in VB5?
Thanks.
