Its better to use 3.0D with the HotPackages CD. A lot of bugs are fixed,
when you install the
large HotPack#13. Most of the difficulties raise, when you use the
LO-Variant Configuration
and the Controlling modules.
All the bugs, fixed with 3.0D + HotPacks are also fixed in 3.0F.
So avoid 3.0E and use 3.0F or 3.1G
