I'm trying to locate a program that will schedule people and resources
(such as rooms). It needs to be able to locate the first available
timeslots to book a person and a room at a given time as well as a
different person and room within a given time period.
i.e. A guy phones up and wants an appointment for a hair perm, a message
and his nails done. He would prefer using Judy for the perm. Reception
see's that Judy is available only at 2:15 but the massage guy is booked all
afternoon, so they check out what the first available sot would be so that
he only has to wait at the most 15 minutes between all three
appointments...get the idea?
If there is any of the shelf software, I would appreciate knowing about it.
