Hi,
What happens to the IT department in companies that had implemented SAP.
Does this group become responsible for maintenance of SAP R/3 to ajust
it to new bussiness needs or even legal changes or this task will be
held for outside consultants?
I heard that in some companies this task goes to end user, directly
responsible for the business area who needs adjustments. What sounds it
to you all?
