Have you got a program like Paint Shop Pro (Shareware)?  If not, then use
the paint program that comes with windows and make each screen into a grey
scale, or black and white image.  If you have PSP it is easier to do and
will reduce significantly the size of your file.  Ie typically by 300-400
k, then dcecrease the color depth to 16 colors, another 300-400k.  Then
select the part of the image you really want.

I can usually get files down to 100 kb.  If you want to go two color you
can get that down to about 30 kb.
