Dear SAP users,
We are a group of students in the Wharton School of Business at the University
of Pennsylvania and are working on analyzing the implementation of Enterprise
Resource Planning software in large firms. In particular, we are interested
in learning what characteristics of software solutions (such as SAP, SSA,
BAAN, and others) were and are important to you and your decisions. We will
compile your answers with the answers we receive from many other companies to
try and build a general model for analyzing these software decisions. This
survey should only take about 2 minutes to fill out and we appreciate any
feedback you can give us. Your answers will go a long way in advancing our
academic pursuits and for your time, we will be happy to provide you with
