Hello Gerd,
Question 1 I'm not sure about, for question 2 you will have the
possibility to import any transport request into your new quality
assurance system. I do not have an SAP system within reach at the moment
but I believe it to be in STMS (UK version) in menu 'extra' -> 'other
requests'.
It doesn't really matter wat the original target for the transport was,
it's next target will automatically be your production system if you
import it after your transport routes are set up properly again.
STMS even provides the possibility to take transports from one system in
to a completely unrelated other one (bij copying the actual files),
provided they are the same version and -sometimes- patch level.
